Returns & Refunds
At AutoSpark Batteries, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality automotive batteries and reliable service.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Products must be in resalable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Installed or used batteries
- Batteries damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Clearance or final sale items
- Special-order products
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged battery, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We may request photos, order details, or additional information to verify the issue.
Once approved, we will provide:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund/store credit depending on the situation
Warranty-related claims may require battery testing before approval.
Core Charge Refunds
If a core charge was included with your purchase, the refund will be processed once the old battery core is returned and inspected.
Returned cores must:
- Match the battery type purchased
- Be returned within the allowed return period
- Not be physically damaged beyond normal wear
Delivery & Installation Fees
Delivery and installation charges are generally non-refundable once the service has been completed.
If an order is canceled before dispatch or installation, eligible service fees may be refunded partially or fully.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the condition of the item and return reason.
Any applicable restocking charges will be communicated before the refund is processed.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow:
- 3–7 business days for inspection and approval
- Additional processing time depending on your bank or payment provider
